It’s that time of year again! The days feel shorter, calendars feel fuller, and we all take a collective breath as the year winds down. December brings reflection, celebration, family time, and well-earned rest for our school communities and educators alike. In that spirit, we want to share an important holiday update with our internal staff, educators and partners. Educators NOW! will be officially closed during the following periods:

• Monday, December 22nd through Friday, December 26th, 2025
• Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 through Thursday, January 1st, 2026

During these times, our team will be fully offline so they can enjoy the holidays, rest, reset, and return ready to serve schools the way we would want our own children to be served. What this means during the closure periods:

• Our home office will be closed, and employees are not expected to work
• Payroll will continue as scheduled.
• Educators NOW! phones, email, and general communications will be paused.
• Schools may still submit requests, and educators may accept assignments.
• Business may still occur; however, we will only respond to emergency needs.

This intentional holiday pause reflects our continued commitment to sustainability, preparation, and proactivity—allowing us to begin the new year strong, focused, and fully present for our educators and partners. To our staff and partners: thank you for your trust, collaboration, and grace throughout the year. To our educators: thank you for the heart, professionalism, and care you bring to our scholars and communities every day.
